Excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with over a year of professional experience who wants to join a well-established Building Consultancy team with a wide range of clients. Offering excellent training this is a great time to join the team.
They currently have a vacancy for an Assistant Graduate Level Building Surveyor essentially with at least one year's experience. The ideal candidate will be more practically-minded and interested in the technical and construction side of things, although a large proportion of the work is still party wall, so you will need to be able to be client facing and confident.
You will need to meet the following criteria:
- Building Surveying or related degree,
- At least 1 years' post graduation experience as an assistant / Graduate surveyor,
- Ideally hands on experience in defects, small to medium sized project work and Party Wall matters,
- Historic building and conservation experience,
- Worked as part of a Building Surveying team,
- Worked on own initiative to deadlines.
The salary offered will be at a maximum of £30k, depending on how much experience and ability you have. You will also be offered a generous benefits package include healthcare and an ongoing training programme with mentoring if you want to enrol or are already enrolled on the APC . You will be required to travel into London daily.
