Associate level Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy in NW London to lead a hard working team managing projects across a range of sectors for private clients from property companies, property management firms and home owners. This role gives you the opportunity to enjoy being part of a highly professional, friendly team of talented surveyors where you can avoid the politics and structure of large corporate firms.
You will be working on various interesting projects with a focus on residential work but will be some commercial. The ideal candidate will be:
- MRICS with several years of experience in a consultancy environment
- Experienced with project and professional work
- Highly skilled in Party Wall matters and;
- Dilapidations
- Expert Witness
- Schedules of Work
