Essex based Associate level Chartered Building Surveyor to be mainly office based.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience within the private sector and must be able to write specifications, structural surveys and provide full contract administration including drafting JCT Contract documents.
This will be a senior role within the company so it will be important to be office based but will offer some flexibility.
