Leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with nationally based offices have a new opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the Birmingham office. A fantastic company who pride themselves on APC training and support with excellent pass rates.
The role will involve assisting colleagues advising clients on a broad range of matters including:
- party walls
- dilapidations
- project work
- building surveys
- Schedules of Condition
- defect analysis
- Planned Maintenance.
To be successful in this role you must have experience working within the commercial property sector and be working towards your APC.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To work within the Building Consultancy Team
- To assist in providing clients with advice on matters including party walls, dilapidations etc.
- To produce reports to clients on building consultancy projects
- To present with colleagues at client meetings
