Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy in London have an interesting role with their Building Surveying team offering APC support and mentoring, career development and hybrid working.
This is a medium sized practice offering Building Surveying, Party Wall, Project Management, Cost Consultancy, CDM/PD services and more. The Building Surveying team is relatively small but you will have senior building surveyors who can help you learn and encourage you to move up within the company while it grows.
You will be working on a diverse workstream, predominantly in housing but you will also undertake works in the education sector as well as commercial property include office fit out. They have an array of building safety work at the moment including several reclad schemes. They also trying to get a strategy in place to allow them to secure and deliver retrofit works across the housing sector.
