Long standing and highly respected Commercial Property Consultancy are looking for a number of Building Surveyors to join their team in the North West.
You will need to have a commercial property background and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team.
The team have a steady flow of work and therefore need different levels of surveyor in the Manchester office.
Associate Director who will need management experience ideally running a team of commercial surveyors, ideally chartered, MRICS, MCIOB or AssocRICS is preferred. Sky is the limit as they will help you get to Director / Equity level.
Chartered Building Surveyor; or nearly chartered! If you need that last bit of help getting chartered this is a great opportunity to get a bit more support and variety of work to attain your MRICS status or for someone who is already chartered and happy to pass on their experience and help those with less experience.
Salary will be reflective of experience and ability so don't be put off by not having an exact figure; it is negotiable and they don't want to miss out on skilled surveyors who discount a role as they don't have a high enough salary range.
