I am working with a well established, national company with a great reputation for delivering a variety of consultancy services to a diverse client range. They really do place great emphasis on staff training and development which allows them to provide an unrivalled level of service.
They are in a position of growth and looking for an addition Building Surveyor to join the team. You will be office based but there will be some flexibility in the role depending on the level of support you would require.
Ideal requirements
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years in the role of a Building Surveyor
- Either APC enrolled, MRICS, MCIOB, CABE, AssocRICS..... if you have experience of the below just get in touch!

Carry out surveys, inspections, schedules, provide professional services and the management of schemes across England when required

Experience of defect analysis, undertaking building surveys and producing professional reports.

Due Diligence surveys

Dilapidations, including the preparation of schedules and negotiating settlements, recording schedules of condition

Planned Maintenance Surveys
-
Understand the principles of quality, safety and the environment within the management of projects

Supporting the senior managers in their day-to-day activities .
