Chartered Surveyors with offices throughout the UK and Overseas are looking to increase their team in London with an additional experienced Building Surveyor.
Ideally you will be MRICS Chartered or currently enrolled on the APC with a few years of experience and the ability to work on your own with confidence.
You will be providing the full range of Building Surveying services on commercial and industrial premises across London and some of the home counties. You will be expected to deal with instructions from start to completion. The building surveying department is expanding providing good opportunities for future development and career advancement.
Criteria requirements:
- MRICS with over a year of PQE or APC enrolled with over 5 years experience post graduation
- Wide-ranging experience covering professional and project work
- Able to work as part of a wider team but have the confidence to work alone
- Effective communication with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues
- You must be organised with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlines.
