The successful candidate will most likely have worked in a commercial firm and understands what it takes to establish and sustain good relationships with various client types including homeowners, block managers, housing associations, local councils, tenants as well as introducers like architects and loss assessors etc.
Clients typically come from Greater London and the Home Counties. For the most part, you will be part of a team helping them with their residential maintenance, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects. Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- Ideally we would look to appoint a Surveyor, who is a good all rounder with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Acquired previous experience working on party wall matters, building defect surveys and reports, specification and contract administration services.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a dynamic and personable nature and personal drive and self-motivation.
- Have good organisational skills and work to agreed timetables.
- Work as part of a team.
- Be computer literate
Assistance with professional training will be provided with the prospect of working towards chartered status. Mentoring and support will be provided for the right candidate.
