The work will be based around the Berkshire area and will mainly consist of building surveys, with some potential requirements for Party Wall Agreements and Residential Valuations.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be a member of the RICS at either Member or Associate level.
- 3 plus years’ experience, completing building surveys on residential buildings.
- Have worked in a similar role recently and be up to date in CPD.
Have a full UK Licence and car for business use.
