We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join a Glasgow based team in a position which will provide excellent opportunities for both job satisfaction and career progression.
You will be providing Building Surveying services on a range of projects including educational, residential, commercial, healthcare, conservation and heritage.
The ideal candidate will have all-round experience and be expected to show a professional attitude and appearance in this client-facing role and always show enthusiasm and commerciality in all aspects of Building Surveying and be a team player.
You will have the ability to manage your own workload, be well organised and self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
You will be offered a competitive salary in the range of £24k to £40k D.O.E and ability with good conditions of employment and benefits including a car allowance, beneficial mileage allowance and contributory pension, structures APC training for Graduates, training courses, RICS membership fees, 24 days of annual lease increasing with service, social events and a discretionary bonus.
