The work will be a mix of the following:
- acquisition surveys, hospitality and country house, care home groups, industrial buildings;
- Bank development monitoring;
- Maintenance scheduling;
- Refurbishment design, Contract Administration and Project Management.
You will be working autonomously and client facing, the ideal candidate will be interested in assisting with business development and be willing to network.
Package includes a salary up to £40k plus discretionary bonus scheme, ongoing training and pension.
