West London based Surveyors offering an APC level Building Surveyor an excellent opportunity with long term career development. You will be offered a role with a mixture of professional and project based building surveying work on all types of residential property with a small portion of commercial.
Some of your responsibilities will include the following:
- Assisting with inspections and writing reports.
- specifications for and administering repair and refurbishment contracts
- Assisting and preparing and Assessing License to Alter applications
- planned preventative maintenance plans
- building reinstatement cost assessments
- defect inspection.
- Assisting and compiling CDM information.
- co-ordination instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time, including
- fee quoting.
- Undertaking Party Wall Surveying duties.
- Undertaking Condition Schedules.
Successful candidate requirements:
- Full driving licence
- Experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy within the UK
- Eye for detail with excellent report writing skills
- Enrolled on the APC
- AutoCAD experience is desirable.
