Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Managers in the Midlands to support continued growth across their Water Hygiene, Water Treatment and Compliance division. This is an excellent opportunity for commercially driven sales professionals looking to develop new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the compliance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Water Hygiene, Water Treatment and Compliance services
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award
Develop relationships with Facilities Management companies, Managing Agents, Contractors, Consultants and Property Owners
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and compliance reviews to identify opportunities
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable contracts
- Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Attend industry exhibitions, networking events and client meetings
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports
- Support business growth strategies and market expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Proven Business Development or Sales experience within a service-based environment
- Experience selling Water Hygiene, Water Treatment, Compliance, FM or Technical Services preferred
- Strong track record of generating and winning new business
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercially focused with strong account development skills
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory and pipeline

Package
- £50,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary
