Well established Independent Chartered Surveyors Practice specialising in Residential property are looking to add to their team with a Chartered Building Surveyor based in the London office.
You will ideally be commercially minded and be keen to progress to the role of Associate Director where you have the opportunity to become equity Partner upon reaching your targets.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience and have been in a similar role delivering general building surveyor services including:
- Level 3 Building Surveys
- Party Wall services
- Identifying building defects.
You will be in safe hands with a close team of Chartered Surveyors. Due to the nature of the role you will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use. You will ideally be London based or within a short commute as the work will be predominantly in London.
