Surrey based Chartered Surveyors are growing at a steady pace and looking to increase their team with an additional Chartered Building Surveyor, AssocRICS or MRICS, to work with the team to offer quality surveys and advice to clients about the condition of their property.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional eye for detail and be an expert in building surveying and pathology.
Responsibilities:
- Level 3 surveys for Home Buyers, owners and commercial clients; 2 to 3 per week as its about quality not quantity
- Specific defect surveys
- Planned Maintenance Programmes
- Contract Admin and Project Management
- Projects involvement
Salary on offer is up to £55k plus a car allowance of £4,500 with bonus. Benefits include healthcare insurance, RICS Professional fees, pension and training courses.
