- MRICS / FRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with at least 3 years experience within the Private Sector
- Contract Supervision
- CAD skills
- CDM Principal Designer
- Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail
- High level of Project and time management skills
- Can work well as part of a team willing to help train new staff
- Keen interest in the Built Environment
- H&S and building regulations
You will need a full driving licence and your own car.
