Surrey based professional consulting practice undertake work throughout London and the South East and are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team to focus on the high end residential market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of projects and a number of building surveying duties, projects will include refurbishments and repairs.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Regular residential building surveys
- Inspections and building defects diagnosis
- Project Management and Contract Administration
- Preparing Schedule of Works
- Specification writing
- Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition
- Party Wall Awards and acting as Party Wall Surveyor
The ideal candidate experience will be around 5 years and you must be MRICS chartered with a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
