I am working with an established Chartered Surveyors operating mainly in Sussex.
They are looking to take on an additional Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team on a part time basis. You will ideally be a general 'all-rounder' to be based in their office in West Sussex who will be able to deal with the following:
You must be an experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in the commercial and residential sector > RICS Homebuyer Reports
- Building Surveys
- Fabric Surveys
- Condition Reports
- Pre-Purchase Reports
- Interim and Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations
- Schedule of Condition
- Investigation and List of Building Defects
- Specification and Organisation of Remedial Works
This role will suit someone who is located in West Sussex or South Hampshire.
