Chartered Building Surveyor with ideally over two years PQE to join the team a couple of times a week in the office. The role is offering flexibility, excellent career development opportunities with ongoing CDP for an ambitious Surveyor.
Essential areas of expertise would be:
- Design, specification and contract admin (commercial works)
- Dilapidations
- Technical due diligence (commercial building survey reports)
- Party walls
- Building pathology
Other areas of experience required (but not essential):
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Development monitoring
- Principal designer
- CAD – drawing experience
- Microsoft project
- PPM’s
- Approval of alterations
- Business development
Salary will be discussed at interview but will range between £45k to £60k depending on your experience level.
