I am working with a successful consultancy involved in mainly Education and Healthcare Projects throughout London and the South East. They have a new vacancy for an experienced Building Surveyor to be based in their Kent office due to internal promotion. Initially you will be home based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running their own projects whilst also working as part of the wider team. You will need to have a wide range of Building Surveying skills to be successful in this role.
The workload will be varied but will include:-
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Carrying out inspections and surveys
- Building Surveys
- Fire Safety Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall matters
- Acquisition Surveys
- Frameworks
To be successful in your application you will need to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of two years PQE Private Practice/Consultancy Building Surveying experience
- MRICS with a MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
- Strong communication skills
- Committed to career progression
- Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
Salary is in the region of £45k but will be flexible depending on experience plus discretionary bonus and travel allowance package.
