Responsibilities include:
- Undertake professional Building Surveying work which will include: Contract Admin, Project Management, Dilapidations, L & T matters, Defect Analysis, RCA PPM, Party Wall, Condition Surveys, TDD and Principal Designer role.
- Administering Building Contracts
- Carry out design and specification work and prepare tender information
- Manage and develop detailed briefs
- Office and team management will be useful.
