I have been approached with the growth of a Surveyors in Yorkshire who have some exciting Surveying jobs available across Harrogate, York and Leeds postcodes, with plenty of scope for career development and to become a partner in the firm. We recently placed a Manager in this company and they haven't looked back and are well into a long and fruitful partnership.
You will be joining a modern, growing organisation, but one who still believes that the client is central to everything they do.
We are searching for Surveyors who are courteous, thorough, can work to reasonably set time scales and have the ability to develop relationships with others.
The work
- predominantly carry out private residential survey work.
- You will be provided with simple systems to help you conduct Building Surveys and RICS HomeBuyer Reports, as well as some private Valuation work.
- You may also be asked to carry out a small amount of Mortgage Valuation work
Requirements
- MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
- Over 2 years of experience in a residential Surveying and Valuation role.
- UK Driving licence holder
