We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and dedicated Chartered Building Surveyor in a Senior capacity to join the a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Central Scotland. You will ideally have a few years of traditional Building Surveying experience across multiple sectors and be happy to travel for surveys as required.
The role
- Variety of Building Surveying activities including;
- Contract Administration
- Dilapidations Surveys
- Schedules of Condition
- Building Surveys and Reports for Acquisition and Leasehold
- Specific Defect Analysis Reporting
- Maintenance Plans
- Historic buildings
- Measured Surveys.
The ideal candidate must be MRICS Chartered with consultancy experience as a Building Surveyor with a broad range of survey experience and be able to work under minimal supervision and direction.
You will be undertaking the management of Graduates and will focus on developing client relationships and taking autonomy for specific instructions.

Salary will be offered in the region of £40 to £50k plus car allowance, RICS fees and more.
