You will be part of a multidisciplinary who offers design and project management services to offer a complete design and consultancy experience to clients alongside general building surveying services.
No two days will be the same. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects whether working on party wall matters or dilapidations cases, designing residential / commercial extension/refurbishment projects on CAD to acting as contract administrator in running construction projects from start to completion.
The ideal candidate
We’re looking for a RICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor
The pay range we’re offering is between £40 - £50k depending on level of experience.
- We also offer a Bonus Scheme with opportunity to earn more.
- We can cover membership fees for professional body qualifications e.g. RICS membership fees.
- We offer £150 contribution toward CPD events annually.
- Office CPD and hands on further training with team members.

Requirements
- MRICS or FRICS status with RICS accredited degree.
- More than 5 years private practice / consultancy building surveying experience.
- Experience working with Party Wall etc. Act.
- Experience working on residential construction projects and contract administration.
- CAD skills desired.
- Full UK driving license.
- Self-Motivated, Ambitious, Hardworking, Enthusiastic and Team Player.
