You will be joining a well established building consultancy team in Northamptonshire offering professional building surveyor work and project management on commercial property. You will be expected to manage your own work and client relationships but will have office based administration support.
There is travel involved throughout the UK but you do have hybrid working options so have the right level of work life balance.
The successful candidate will be RICS Chartered and have experience in:
- Schedules of Condition
- Dilapidations
- Preparation of Schedule of Works
- Pre-acquisition building surveys
- CDM
- Project Management
- RCA
- Planned Maintenance programmes.
