Immediate vacancy for a qualified general practice Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to deal with all aspects of ‘professional work’ including rent review, lease renewals, lease advisory, possibly some valuation etc, throughout the Sussex region.
The practice has particular experience and expertise with larger and older property, and is frequently inspecting Listed Buildings, such is the nature of property in their geographical area of operation.
Prerequisites for the position include:
- MRICS chartered
- Minimum of 2 years of professional post qualification experience
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Professional and Presentable manner.
This role will suit someone who is located in West Sussex or South Hampshire. The successful candidate will be provided with a competitive salary in the region of £55,000 reflective of your experience with flexible working and flexible hours, with a car allowance, generous holiday allowance and your professional fees will be paid for. You will be provided with the technology and equipment needed to do your job to the best of your ability.
