Commercial Senior Building Surveyor in Buckinghamshire
Due to continued growth there is a new opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team in Buckinghamshire, hybrid working is available to ensure your work fits in with your home life.
The vacancy is for a MRICS Building Surveyor or someone in their final year of the APC who is confident in their work and just looking for support to get over the final hurdle.
You will need to demonstrate experience in a similar role so please ensure this is shown on your CV as initial application.
The responsibilities you will have include:
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall
- Technical Due Diligence
- Contract Administration of construction or fit out projects
- Building pathology
- Condition surveys
- Measured surveys
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Construction monitoring
- Principal designing.
