Our client is an expanding Water Treatment Company currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to look after the Plumbing side of the business.
The successful candidate will have complete ownership of the portfolio for remedial work, from booking in to raising paperwork, auditing logbooks. You will be in charge of monitoring & management of the service contracts, be in control of acting on any non-conformances, write method statements, provide specialist training to the engineering team, and provide technical backup to the engineering team and to the operations department.
You will be expected to upsell to the existing portfolio and will raise the quote and oversee the completion of the remedials work
You will develop close links with the, technical department, operations department, Service Engineers, clients & suppliers, and liaise with any other relevant organisations/authorities.
Candidate will have a City & Guilds / NVQ in Plumbing and a minimum of 5 years in the industry. Ideally candidates will have some Contract Management experience although the company would be willing to recruit a Plumbing Engineer looking to make the move in to Contract Management
In return, the company is offering basic salary of between £35K - £40K
