The company has grown in all sectors and, following recent appointments and future equity planning, now seeks a building surveyor or general practice surveyor who is looking to work in a beautiful part of the country, is looking for a directorship and who genuinely wants an opportunity to then acquire equity in a well-established company and be part of its future growth.
The Building Surveying work includes project management of varied schemes for well-established clients including the National Trust, local businesses and private clients with project values ranging from £30k to £10m. The full range of building surveying work is undertaken including contract administration, schedules of condition, dilapidations and party wall matters, plus also pre-acquisition surveyors of high value property within the Lake District.
Their General Practice work includes private and secured lending valuations, commercial property agency, rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord and tenant work, plus commercial property management.
The successful candidate will have a passion and energy for business development and company management, whilst living and working within this beautiful part of the country.
A competitive salary in the region of £40k to £50k (negotiable depending on experience) and benefits package including good annual leave allowance, loyalty holiday (one month’s paid leave after every ten years or one month’s salary) plus additional benefits will be offered to the right candidate along with a timeline through to expected equity partnership.
