Due to continued expansion and a healthy pipeline, we are looking to hire additional electricians/approved electricians to work mostly on household and small commercial solar PV and battery storage projects. Candidates will be based in Hampshire / Dorset areas
These works will include, but are not limited to:
- Installation of solar PV inverter electrical circuits
- Installation of various size battery storage systems
- Upgrades to existing installations as needed.
- Collaborating with other teams (including solar roofers)
- Collaborating with other members of our Electrical team
- Testing and commissioning of solar and battery storage installations
Candidates will have the following experience
- Prior installation experience with solar PV and battery storage (training given as needed)
- City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
- City and Guilds 2391 (inspection and testing)
- ECS Gold Card
- Experience with mobile working devices (PDAs and mobile phones)
- A fully qualified electrician with the following qualifications (or equivalent): -
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship
- City & Guilds 236 (parts 1&2)
- A valid driver's licence
- An awareness of health and safety requirements.
