Our client is a Renewable Energy Company that specialise in the installation of low-carbon technology such as electric vehicle charging stations, solar panels, and air source heat pumps. They are recruiting for electricians to join the expanding team to install EV charge points throughout Yorkshire.
Duties Include:
- Install, setup, and maintain charging stations for electric vehicles in diverse places.
- During the installation procedure, ensure that all required electrical codes and standards are followed.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the charging infrastructure is performing optimally.
- Troubleshooting with Electrical Wiring:
- Electrical wiring and connections for EV charging systems are performed to ensure optimal performance.
- During all installation and maintenance activities, follow all safety regulations and recommendations.
- Keep complete and accurate records of installation and maintenance activities.
- Create reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and any problems that arise.
Knowledge and Experience required:
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
- Fully Qualified Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations
- All successful candidates must pass a DBS check.
- Full Driving Licence
