We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Consultancy that are recruiting a Fire Risk Assessor to work in London / South East

Duties Involve:

Assessment of the hazards, risks, and impacts of fire;
Mitigation of potential fire damage through correct building design, construction, and layout, as well as the use of appropriate materials and structures.
suitable level of evaluation for the best preventative and protective actions to reduce the effects of fire; design, installation, maintenance, and/or development of fire detection, suppression, control, and communication systems and equipment;

Experience:

Hold or be working towards a recognised third-party fire risk assessment accreditation, and ideally have consulting experience in the property sector.
Have expertise doing commercial and residential fire risk assessments (Types 1-4), as well as fire strategies for more complicated sites and passive fire protection surveys.
Understand the applicable Building Regulations Approved Documents.
Have at least five years of experience
You will have or be willing to get a formal H&S qualification such as the NEBOSH General Certificate.
