Our client is a national provider of fire protection solutions to businesses. Currently, they are hiring for a Fire Risk Assessor.This role is based throughout the Midlands down to the South
Duties:
- Provide site-based fire risk assessments in a range of industries, such as commercial, industrial, and leisure, within a set amount of time.
- Offering fire safety training programmes.
- Make sure that buildings meet the most recent technical and legislative requirements for fire safety.
- Producing thorough reports.
- Participating in industry events and training for continuous professional development (CPD).
- Working together as a team to guarantee ongoing development and knowledge exchange.
Qualifications for an Assessor
- A minimum of three years of continuous experience conducting inspections for fire risk assessments and drafting reports.
- Possess a solid grasp of and experience doing Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments.
- Extensive background in property, including commercial, industrial, and leisure properties.
- Membership in the industry's professional body
- Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment at the very least.
- Complete UK driving licence (clean) with DBS check.
