Since the current Graduates in the team have recently become chartered, my client are looking for the next Graduate to join the team and take a step up! 

With excellent APC training and mentoring you will be based in West London with remote working available when suitable. Be in the office with those who can train you, learn from the best and use your ambition to become a key member of the team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop within a positive culture, where learning and development is actively supported and promoted. We work for a wide range of commercial and domestic clients, across both commercial and public sectors. This position is open to graduates who have completed/will complete a degree in Building Surveying in 2022.

Main duties and responsibilities
• Assisting with pre-acquisition surveys and report writing.
• Assisting with Party Wall Matters.
• Assisting with dilapidation surveys and report writing.
• Assisting with Contract Administration of external and internal repairs and redecorations.

Essential Requirements
• Possess Building Surveying Degree or will complete in the summer 2022.
• Be working towards obtaining a professional qualification with RICS.
• Be self-motivated, with excellent analytical, communication and computing skills.
• Able to work as part of a team, accepting instructions from senior surveyors/Directors, but 
also able to work on own initiative, within pre-set parameters.
• Assist in the delivery of services to clients, accurately and on time.
• Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Possess a proactive and adaptable approach to work and have a strong team working ethos.
• Work in an organised and methodical manner, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for the construction industry and built environment.
• Driving licence and use of own car. 

Permanent position.
• Competitive salary, according to experience circa £25-27k.
• RICS Subscription paid.
• Structured training programme, both web based/external training and in-house sessions and 
training provided for completion of RICS APC.
• Flexible, office/home working - around core hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
