Graduate Civil Engineer - Exeter

We are currently working with an award-winning engineering consultancy providing specialist development planning and infrastructure services to clients throughout the South West.

As they look to expand, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their team working on the planning and design of transport, highways, drainage and utilities for a range of residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments.

 

The Role:

The role will include the planning stage of projects working alongside specialists producing Transport Assessments and Travel Plans, Flood Risk Assessment and Utility Strategies to support planning applications. You would also be involved in the production of infrastructure designs for technical approval and construction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain a wide and varied experience working on some of the most prestigious developments in the South West. All graduates are encouraged and supported to progress their training towards ICE professional chartership through the companies ICE approved training scheme.

 

Requirements:

- BEng or MEng Civil Engineering degree (2:1 or above)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but full training is provided

- Must be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and develop your career

- £23,000 - £26,000 salary DOE
