I am working with a highly successful and professional consultancy covering the South West who are looking for an additional graduate to join their surveying team facilitate ongoing workload in the General Practice service. Office locations for this role can be Devon, Cornwall or Bristol.
You must have a surveying related degree and have at least held one role for over a year in surveying.
The role will include the following and you will need to have experience in these areas:
- valuation
- lease advisory
- business rates
- development.
Full APC support is provided including payment of all RICS fees. The ideal candidate will ideally be about to start or already commenced the APC process.
Salary will reflect the candidate's experience and starts at £22k.
