Our client is a leading manufacturer of commercial water treatment products mainly in Water Purification
They are now seeking a highly capable and determined individual to join our team as a Trainee Graduate Sales Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to the construction industry throughout the South of England and Midlands.
The ideal candidate will be based within an hour of London by train, possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a vehicle. The position will require regular travel for customer visits and to our offices in Essex and Norfolk. The position is based at home so will require a suitable home space as an office.
You will receive comprehensive training to support company's continued growth. The role offers excellent opportunities for advancement and substantial earning potential.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field and an interest in transitioning into a sales role. This position demands a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and the ideal candidate will possess tenacity, enthusiasm, the ability to work with intensity, and excellent communication skills.
During the first 12 months of training, the company offer a basic salary of up to £35k, an expense allowance plus other company benefits. After successful completion of training, the candidate can expect a significant increase in basic salary and a generous commission structure.
