Our client is a leading legionella risk assessment, training and water testing experts providing independent and impartial water safety advice. Their services encompass the control, management and prevention of Legionnaires’ disease, legionella, pseudomonas and other waterborne pathogens that can contaminate man-made water systems to cause significant ill health.
They are now recruiting for a Legionella Consultant to join their team covering the Midlands
Your duties will include the following:
- Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments
- Carrying out Air Quality Assessments
- Cooling System Reports
- Drawing up Schematics for Water Systems
- Auditing client site records and log books
- Writing up Certificates of Compliance
- Drafting Scopes of Service and Service Agreements
- Completing Risk Assessment documentation
Educated to degree level in a Science discipline, ideally Environmental Science, the successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of building mechanical services.
A thorough understanding of the Legislation and guidance relating to water and indoor air quality and computer literacy in Microsoft Office programmes is essential.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience working within the Legionella market.
