We are currently recruiting for a Legionella Consultancy for an experienced Legionella Consultant / Risk Assessor. The company operate throughout the UK with a team of professional and qualified consultants. The company provide their clients with technically appropriate and the most cost- effective solution to their Legionella needs.
To plan and carry out surveys to provide water hygiene data for the water safety risk assessment process. Production of each onsite water system schematics using CAD format whilst also providing reports based on site work. All in accordance with the project plan.
Key responsibilities:
To mobilise projects, including organisation of travel, accommodation, paperwork, electronic formats, arrange site visits, check equipment, liaising with the Project Consultant and Contracts Director
Conduct Health and Safety risk assessments for onsite work
Always operate within the Management System Processes
Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments to UKAS Standards
Produce all reports accurately and to UKAS standard in a timely manner
Produce schematic drawings and final documentation to be presented to the client
Time Management to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
Develop ideas for improvement on project processes
Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers and clients
To present completed projects to clients.
Attend meetings and liaise with internal departments as and when required to facilitate business and organisational development
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
Undertake any other tasks as requested and deemed consistent with the role
This is a home-based position which will require travel to sites throughout the UK with some staying away so candidates must be willing to stay away on occasion
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years Consultancy / Legionella Risk Assessing experience and will hold a recognised Legionella Risk Assessing qualification (City & Guilds / WMSoc)
