They are now recruiting for a Legionella Consultant to cover work around the South / West of the M25 so ideally based around Surrey area.
As a Legionella Consultant you will understand the risk of exposure to Legionella bacteria, along with other waterborne organisms, and provide tailored solutions suited to the client.
Successful candidates will have experience in complex cold and hot water systems, cooling towers, adiabatic chillers, swimming pools and spas, to water features.
The company cover worldwide corporate offices, hospitals, schools, hotels, museums, and shipping vessels, as well as residential properties.
Duties Include: ⠀
Prepare Water Hygiene Policies, procedural documents and written schemes
Water system schematic drawings
Contractor auditing and vetting
Strategic Corporate compliance status audits
Gap analysis with implementation plan of action
Sampling and UKAS accredited analysis for Legionella bacteria and other microbiological and chemical properties
Legionella Risk Assessments of domestic water Systems in compliance with L8, HSG274, HTM0401 & BS8580-1:2019
Legionella Risk Assessments of cooling systems and towers
Independent Water hygiene compliance audits of all water system types
Comprehensive City and Guilds Water Hygiene training programme from responsible persons to general awareness
Comprehensive Legionella control logbooks
