Role Overview
The ideal candidate will hold relevant City & Guilds Legionella and water hygiene qualifications, possess strong water treatment experience, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, along with the flexibility to work overtime and travel nationwide.

Key Experience & Responsibilities
- Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments
- Closed system analytical testing and remediation
- Working in full compliance with ACOP L8
- Dead leg identification and removal
- Tank inspections and closed system analysis
- Water sampling
- Spa balance tank cleans
- Temperature monitoring
- Building disinfection
- Closed system dosing
- Calorifier pasteurisation
- Cleaning and chlorination of water storage tanks and cooling towers
- TMV testing and servicing
- Showerhead descaling and disinfection
- Pre‑commission cleaning and flushing
- Desirable: Experience with water softener installation, servicing, and troubleshooting (Clack, Fleck, Autotrol), plus RO plant servicing and installation
Person Specification
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workload effectively
- Strong chemical and technical understanding of water treatment and water hygiene
- Demonstrable experience working collaboratively within a team and contributing to continuous improvement
- Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and RAMS
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Capable of prioritising tasks, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
