Our client is an established Water Treatment Company currently recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessor in Yorkshire
As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8/HSG274, as well as to LCA and UKAS standards. A good working knowledge of water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these is required.
Although this company covers work nationally the majority of work will be Yorkshire based so would suit a Legionella Risk Assessor looking to reduce mileage and staying away
To be successful in this role, you should be an experienced Legionella Assessor, with 12 months risk assessment experience as a qualified lead risk assessor on hot and cold-water systems. The successful candidate will ideally hold at least one nationally recognised qualification such as the C&G WH004, Water Management Society basic and advanced LRA, or BOHS P901.
The successful candidate is required to be flexible and have good communication skills, both written and verbal. A good work ethic is essential, as is the discipline to be able to work unsupervised and still achieve the required daily work output. The candidate will have a conscientious mindset with a positive approach to work and able to use initiative to work effectively in any given situation.
