Our client, a respected Environmental Consultancy, is seeking a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team in Yorkshire
This field-based role primarily covers the North of England, with occasional travel across the UK.
Role Overview
As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting water hygiene surveys and producing detailed risk assessments in line with project requirements. You’ll create water system schematics onsite and deliver reports using CAD software, ensuring all documentation aligns with the project plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute site surveys to collect water hygiene data
- Produce accurate water system schematics and CAD reports
- Conduct Legionellosis Risk Assessments and liaise with project teams
- Perform health and safety risk assessments for site activities
- Organise project logistics including travel, accommodation, and equipment checks
- Manage your own schedule to meet project deadlines
- Present completed assessments and reports to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery and business development
- Identify and suggest improvements to project processes
- Attend training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills
- Operate within documented management system procedures
Candidate Profile
- Experience in conducting Legionella Risk Assessments
- Proficiency in CAD for schematic reporting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required
- Based in Yorkshire
