We are currently seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join a growing Water Hygiene and Compliance company covering Essex and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
- Conduct surveys on domestic hot & cold water systems
- Produce detailed risk assessment reports and schematic drawings
- Identify compliance failures and recommend remedial actions
- Provide technical advice and support directly to clients
- Work across a variety of commercial, healthcare, educational and industrial sites
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Manage workload independently and effectively across multiple sites
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company and industry standards
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274 and BS8580 guidelines
- Experience producing detailed risk assessment reports
- Good communication and organisational skill
- Ability to work independently and manage own diary
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant industry qualifications preferred
