Our client, a leading provider of Water Hygiene, Compliance and Facilities Management services, is looking to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to cover contracts across Central Scotland.

The Role
- Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold water systems
- Completing detailed site surveys across a variety of commercial properties
- Assessing Cold Water Storage Tanks, calorifiers, TMVs and associated water systems
- Identifying potential Legionella risks and areas of non-compliance
- Producing comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessment reports
- Creating schematic drawings of water systems
- Providing clear recommendations for remedial and compliance works
- Reviewing existing site records, logbooks and previous risk assessments
- Liaising with clients and site representatives regarding findings and recommendations
- Ensuring assessments are completed in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and completing reports within agreed timescales
- Managing your own workload and travel across Central Scotland
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580
- Experience assessing domestic hot and cold water systems
- Good understanding of Legionella control and Water Hygiene compliance
- Ability to produce detailed, technically accurate Risk Assessment reports
- Experience producing water system schematics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing directly with clients and site representatives
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
- Relevant Legionella Risk Assessment qualification / training
- Full UK Driving Licence
