Our client is a market leading water treatment service provider, boasting a range of specialist engineering & compliance services. Their areas of business are predominately swimming pool plant engineering and domestic water services for legionella prevention.
The services range from bespoke service contracts supporting onsite equipment, including PPM visits for legionella prevention tasks, right through to design and installation of complete swimming pool filtration plant and chemical dosing packages.
The company are now recruiting for a mechanical/electrical engineers based in the Kent area who would like to get into commercial swimming pool and chemical dosing?
As a Swimming Pool Engineer responsibilities include servicing, maintaining, and installing water treatment equipment within the commercial swimming pool industry
Knowledge of chemical dosing, UV, filtration, pipework & swimming pool water treatment plant
Electrical and/or mechanical based qualifications and experience (HNC level or above)
Knowledge of legionella control and domestic water systems (Not required but desirable)
Ability to fault find and diagnose customer equipment
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Confident telephone manner
Good IT skills
Well organised with a high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Ability to work on your own initiative
