Our client is a leader in the field of Legionella Management and Control. They are now recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to cover work from South London down to the South Coast.
This is a multi skilled role where you will be carrying out Legionella Risk Assessing, Remedial Plumbing and PPM Water Hygiene works
There is an opportunity for this to a Regional Managers role in the future for the right candidate.
Duties Include
- Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments within a range pof properts
- Conduct site risk assessment surveys of domestic water systems in accordance with BS8580-1-2019, HSG 274 and ACOP L8.
- Produce a safe scheme of operation tailored to each water system.
- Check existing schematics and update / produce new as and when required.

- Tank Replacements
- Water Heater Replacements
- Conducting PPM visits on other local contracts to assist holidays and absence of other staff which may include.
- Temperature monitoring
- Shower descaling
- Water tank inspections
- Water sampling
- Water system cleaning and disinfections
- Cleaning & Disinfections
- Expansion Vessel Maintenance
Experience Required:
- An in date Legionella Risk Assessment training certificate.
- At least 2 years’ experience of conducting Legionella Risk Assessments
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing
- The ability to manage own workload
- Excellent organisation
- Good time keeping
