The company are now recruiting for a National Account Manager with the responsibility of developing relationships with FM, hotel chains etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Targeting relationships with both existing and new clients within the FM / Hotel market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.
Meeting with new clients and prospects to maximise sales
Completion of Tender applications
Identifying and completing tenders
Identifying and closing sales opportunities
Maximise opportunities within current accounts
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong experience with LCA
Demonstrable experience in business development, contract management and upselling.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Exceptional communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Package:
Basic Salary £45K - £55K
Excellent Commission
