Our client, a leading provider of Water Treatment solutions, is looking to recruit an experienced National Equipment Operations Manager to lead and develop their UK Equipment Services division.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a nationwide team of Equipment Engineers, ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of installation, servicing, commissioning and maintenance projects across commercial and industrial clients.

The Role
- Lead and manage the UK Equipment Services operation
- Manage a national team of Equipment Engineers, Supervisors and Field Service personnel
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of Water Treatment equipment
- Ensure operational performance, productivity and customer satisfaction targets are achieved
- Develop service delivery processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage resource planning and engineer utilisation across the UK
- Monitor operational KPIs, budgets and financial performance
- Support the recruitment, development and mentoring of engineering staff
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Technical teams to support business growth
- Develop strong relationships with key national customers
- Oversee large equipment installation projects from planning through to completion
- Support strategic planning and operational growth across the Equipment Services division
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience managing Water Treatment Equipment engineering teams
- Proven background within Water Treatment, Water Hygiene or Industrial Water Services
- Strong operational and people management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Water Treatment equipment including:
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
- Water Softeners
- Deionisation (DI) Plant
- Chemical Dosing Equipment
- Filtration Systems
- Cooling Water and Boiler Water equipment
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Experience delivering continuous improvement programmes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a national operation
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK
